Returns:  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and  must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or other original method of payment 

Shipping: PRIOR to returning your product, we must have been in regular contact with you so step one is to send us an email at info@fuzweb.com and after we have all of the important information then we will provide you with the return shipping address: FuzWeb  c/o - Via del Muratore 33, 06049 Spoleto (Italy) OR a different address we will provide the details via our correspondence.

Return Shipping Costs:  All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

** Please Note. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for initial shipment of items, and for returning costs of your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be on the price of the product minus the cost of shipping.

 **Exception: When we send you the wrong item ( size, color, style etc...) we will cover  all the costs of shipping.( the shipping costs for initial shipment of items, and the cost of returning your item)
