Blue light blocking glasses are made with  lenses that block or filter out harmful blue rays that emit from computer screens on phones, laptops, computer screens and tablet screens. The lenses keep your eyes protected from glare and potentially reduce eye health problems the retina sustains during prolong exposure to blue light. 

They are not polarized.
