Progressive lenses digital state of the art technological improvements have created  a smooth and consistent transition between differing lens strengths within the lens itself. Also known as “multifocal” or “varifocal” lenses, they offer all of the improvements of the old out moded bi- or trifocal lenses such as a 20% wider scope of view that is  undistorted,  a unique visual correction design in these lenses is created on the back of the lenses rather than on the front. This allows elimination of the 'key hole effect'  common to standard progressive lenses. These lenses however provide a larger intermediate surface area creating a more relaxed visual area. Great for those who spend many hours in front of a digital screen.
