Returns:  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All prescription lens purchases are non-refundable. The exception to this is if the error is on our part ( wrong prescription, wrong lenses). 

***IF your order gets sent back because:

a) there was no one there to collect the package when the postal courier came to deliver it,

b) you did not give us the complete address ie. appartment number or building number was missing and the postal service returned it,

you will only be refunded the cost of the item when the item has been confirmed returned or we will reship it out to you after confirming some details.

FuzWeb will deduct the initial cost of shipping and will have to absorb the return cost of shipping. ***

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and  must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or other original method of payment 

Shipping: PRIOR to returning your product, we must have been in regular contact with you so step one is to send us an email at and after we have all of the important information then we will provide you with the return shipping address: FuzWeb - Midland Avenue 9, Scarborough, ON M1K 4H2 Canada OR a different address we will provide the details via our correspondence.

Return Shipping Costs:  All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

**Please note that after you contact us to arrange return of your purchased item, it must be in transit before 7 days have past from your delivery date. Customers MUST provide us with a valid tracking number indicating it is in transit.

Specifically, a photo of the package with the return shipping label and tracking number clearly visible on the package  which shows  the tracking number, the name of the courier and their tracking website if available.

**Failure to provide a valid tracking number will void any refund process.***

** Please ALSO Note. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for initial shipment of items, and for returning costs of your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be on the price of the product minus the cost of shipping.

 **Exception: When we send you the wrong item ( size, color, style etc...) we will cover  all the costs of shipping.( the shipping costs for initial shipment of items, and the cost of returning your item) .
