We offer a 14 Day Returns guarantee on eyeglass frames. 

PRIOR to returning your product, we must have been in regular contact with you so step one is to send us an email at info@fuzweb.com 

  • All eyeglass frames with prescription lens purchases are non-refundable.
  • The exception to this is if the error is on our part such as wrong prescription, wrong lenses, wrong color/style variant or damaged frame. 
  1. Eyeglass frames with demo lenses and reading glasses with preset lens strength values can be returned within 14 after delivery confirmation.
  2. Photochromic lenses must initially be tested in a natural sunlight environment to  activate the photochromic lens particles into color change. The fuller the sunlight exposure the swifter the lenses will transition. 
  3. When your order arrives please check it immediately for errors, defects, damage, wrong size, wrong color, poor quality wrong prescription etc..
  4. IF you do not get what you ordered, or if what you ordered arrives damaged in any way shape or form
  5. If there is any error in the order such as " the eyeglasses were delivered but not in the size/color/style I ordered " .

Returns:  

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and  must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or other original method of payment or you will be issued a store credit.

***IF your order is returned to sender due to any of the following: 

  1. there was no one there to collect the package when the postal courier came to deliver it,
  2. you did not give us the complete address ie. appartment number or building number was missing and the postal service returned it,
  3. delivery address was incorrect,
  4.  If your item gets disposed of or returned to sender by your local postal service because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer,

then FuzWeb is unable to guarantee a refund on the return.

If your purchase is returned to sender, customers will only be refunded when and if FuzWeb or it's associates have the return in their possession and have inspected the package contents for accuracy and or use/wear or damage.

It might be possible to resend after confirming some details.

If we are not able to contact you at the email address or phone number provided on the order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item when and if the item has been confirmed returned. 

FuzWeb absorbs all costs incurred by return to sender shipping fees. ***

 Return Shipping:         After we have all of the necessary information!

  • WE will then provide you with a return shipping address .
  • FuzWeb - Midland Avenue 9, Scarborough, ON M1K 4H2 Canada is not a return shipping address.**
  • The address on the outside of the package address shipping label is NOT a return shipping address
  • FuzWeb assumes no responsibility for items returned to the incorrect shipping address.

 

Return Shipping Costs:  

  • Customers will be provided with a return address by FuzWeb
  • Customers MUST provide us with a valid tracking number of the returned item and must be in return transit before 14 days have past from the initial delivery date of the order.                                                  (i) Specifically, a photo of the package with the return shipping label and tracking number clearly visible on the package  which shows  the tracking number, the name of the courier and their tracking website if available.
  • Failure to provide a valid return tracking number will void any refund process.
  • Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return.
  • The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
  • All shipping fees are at the customers expense including shipping fees for a return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • All return packages must be in return transit before 14 days have past from the initial package delivery date.
  • Customers MUST follow this protocol or the return package is not traceable and the return is incomplete.
  • Failure to return items in the designated time frame of 14 days from the date of delivery forfeits the refund of said items.

Mistaken Returns:

  • FuzWeb does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible.
  • FuzWeb cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to FuzWeb.
  • In the event that your returned item gets lost in transit FuzWeb assumes no responsibility. You must contact the place where you sent it from.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for initial shipment of items, and for returning costs of your item (s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be on the price of the product minus the cost of shipping and the following fee structure will apply:

(i) Shopify’s flat rate commission/fee of 2% on every transaction

(ii) PayPal’s flat rate commission/fee 3.4% + 0.30 cents + Additional 1.99% International Transaction and Currency Conversion commission/ fees on purchases using PayPal payment gateway OR.

(iii) Stripe’s flat rate 2.9% + 0.30cents + Additional percentage rate based on a country by country basis, on purchases using credit card payment methods including debit credit card , Apple Pay or any transaction authorized through the Stripe purchase gateway. 

  • In the interest of being transparent with our customers, the specific details of fees charged to FuzWeb and deducted from customer refunds will be provided to the customers at the time of reimbursement.

 Exceptions: When we send you the wrong item ( size, color, style etc...), FuzWeb cover all the costs of shipping, return shipping and re-shipping.

  • Customers who pay through PayPal might be eligible for reimbursement of return shipping costs via PayPal. Please contact PayPal for details. 

FuzWeb reserves the right to update and or change any of the policies indicated in this page with no notice to its customers.
