These frames run narrower than the men's collection — often 48 to 54 mm lens width with a shorter bridge — which fits most women's proportions without sliding down the nose.

Cat-eye and upswept shapes are what people come here for: they lift the outer corner of the eye and balance a rounder face. Rectangular and square frames do the opposite, adding definition to softer features. Round frames sit between the two and suit most face shapes.

Acetate carries color better than metal, which is why patterned, tortoiseshell and translucent frames are almost always acetate. Titanium and TR-90 weigh less and stay visually quieter on the face, if that's what you'd rather have.

Every frame takes prescription lenses — single vision, progressive, reading or blue light — and can also be bought on its own.
