How long does delivery take?
Ready-made frames ship in 1 to 3 business days and prescription lenses take up to 7 business days to make. Within the United States, the complete window from order to delivery is 7 to 18 business days, making and shipping included.
Can I get reimbursed through FSA, HSA or my vision insurance?
We don't process FSA or HSA cards at checkout — but ask us and we'll email an itemized FSA-format receipt, accepted by HSA, HRA and most major vision insurers for out-of-network reimbursement.
