Your Delivery Guide

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about receiving your FuzWeb order—explained plainly, so there are no surprises. Price includes all customs duties, tariffs, and shipping—no additional charges on delivery.

1. How we keep you posted

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a live tracking link. New privacy rules prevent us from sending tracking details by SMS, so please add info@fuzweb.com to your safe-sender list.

2. What happens before shipping

  • Ready-to-wear frames: 1–3 business days
  • Custom lenses (prescription over ±2.50, photochromic, progressive, blue-light filter, glitter edges): up to 15 extra days
  • Orders placed after 5 pm, on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next working day
