Everything you need to know about receiving your FuzWeb order, explained plainly, so there are no surprises.

7–18 business days
From the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered. This is the complete window: making your glasses and shipping them are both inside it. Ready-made frames land at the short end, prescription and custom lenses at the long end.
1. How we keep you posted
As soon as your parcel leaves us we email you a live tracking link. New privacy rules prevent us from sending tracking details by SMS, so please add info@fuzweb.com to your safe-sender list. Occasionally a tracking number changes as parcels move between carriers — we always email the newest link.
2. Making your glasses
This is the first half of the window above — the time we need before your parcel leaves us.

| Up to 7 business days | Prescription and custom lenses, ground to your own parameters. This covers prescriptions over ±2.50, photochromic, progressive, blue-light filter and glitter edge lenses. Glitter edges use the full window; progressive lenses need an extra day or two of customization. |

Stronger prescriptions and high cylinder values sit at the longer end of the range. All of it stays inside the 7 to 18 business days above.
3. Shipping time outside the United States
Business days in transit after your order leaves us. Add the making time from section 2 to get the full window for your country.

4. Returns
Non-prescription frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer — FuzWeb does not provide free or pre-paid return labels under any circumstances.
If the mistake was ours, you still send the item back and give us the tracking number: once it reaches us and is inspected, we refund the local return postage together with your refund. If prescription lenses do not match the prescription you submitted, you choose — a remake at our cost, or a full refund. Lenses made correctly to the parameters you submitted are not refundable.
