Real numbers, not promises โ how long your order takes from the moment you place it to the moment it reaches your door.
Updated ยท August 8, 2026From the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered, United States:
This is the complete window, lens making and shipping included โ not just the shipping part. Ready-made frames without prescription lenses land at the short end of the range; prescription and custom lenses at the long end.
The window above is made of two parts. Making your glasses comes first, shipping second.
Add the two parts and you get the window at the top: ready-made frames 6 to 14 business days, prescription lenses 12 to 18 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday start the next working day, which adds one.
Business days in transit after your order leaves us. Add the making time above to get the full window.
We may adjust these windows at any time without notice.
