Description
The Gmei Optical 6275 is a round TR-90 frame in two colours that most optical brands never offer: purple and blue. It is a frame for someone who has decided glasses are part of the outfit.
Material Build
TR-90 holds saturated colour better than most frame materials because the pigment is part of the polymer rather than a coating over it โ a scratch does not leave a pale line. It also flexes and returns to shape, which matters on a round frame where there is no straight edge to add rigidity. Ultralight, with anti-slip temple tips.
Design & Fit
Round softens angular features and adds interest to a narrow face. In a strong colour it becomes the focal point rather than a background detail, which is the whole point of choosing purple over black. Full rim construction, so the lens is supported on every edge.

Estimated Delivery Time

Updated ยท August 8, 2026The number that matters
From the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered, United States:
This is the complete window, lens making and shipping included โ not just the shipping part. Ready-made frames without prescription lenses land at the short end of the range; prescription and custom lenses at the long end.
Where the time goes
The window above is made of two parts. Making your glasses comes first, shipping second.
Add the two parts and you get the window at the top: ready-made frames 6 to 14 business days, prescription lenses 12 to 18 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday start the next working day, which adds one.
Shipping time by destination
Business days in transit after your order leaves us. Add the making time above to get the full window.
We may adjust these windows at any time without notice.
