The Muzz 031 is a cat eye in pure IP titanium, offered in four bright colours. Titanium cat eyes are usually sold in metallics; this one is not, and that is the reason to look at it.
Titanium keeps the rim fine enough that the lifted corner stays sharp rather than blunt — in a thicker material the same shape reads as heavy. IP plating puts the colour into the metal surface under vacuum instead of laying it on top, so bright finishes survive daily handling without chipping back to bare metal at the temples.
The cat eye lifts the outer corner of each rim, drawing the eye upward and outward, and it does this most effectively when the frame itself is fine. Combined with a strong colour, the result is a frame that is noticed for the colour first and the shape second. Full rim on every edge.
